LOVE ONE ANOTHER

Love One Another: A Discussion on 1 John
4-Week Study Beginning on June 14
Sundays at 2:00-3:15pm via Zoom
In the stress of this season, you may be finding it difficult to love those around you: neighbors, friends, and even family members. But love is the central message of the Chrsitian faith, and it is the greatest command from Christ himself! Join us on this journey as we explore Christian love through the letter of 1 John. This four-week study will meet on Sundays at 2:00-3:15pm via Zoom, beginning on June 14.

As a parent/caregiver we know this season can be stressful. So we are offering a time for you to simply come and be and reset your life emotionally and spiritually.

We will call it “Reset”. It will take place on Wednesday nights, 8:30-9:15 pm via Zoom. You can come in your PJ’s and bring your drink of choice and/or your chocolate and we all take a breath. We will practice Lectio Divina together. Lectio Divina is the practice of scriptural reading, meditation, and prayer. It will be a great time to unwind and destress and focus our hearts on God. While sharing prayers and needs and struggles and wins.
New classes starting soon

At the end of a long day, you are invited to reflect by candlelight on the condition of your spirit. This is an opportunity to reconnect with God through reflection, meditation, listening, and prayer. Come refocus your heart though this livestream event on Thursday evenings at 8:45pm, on the Castleton UMC Facebook Page.
