A JOURNEY THROUGH ACTS — Beginning After Easter
As Christians and the Church, we have lost our way and don’t seem to grasp our true identity.
As a result, we have become seen as increasingly irrelevant. Tradition, a status quo mindset, missteps and corruption, culture warring, and poor theological understanding have contributed to the problem.
But there is hope!
Beginning after Easter, we will journey together as a church through the Book of Acts, in Sunday worship, and in our Table Groups.
Join a Table Group
Table Groups, at CUMC, are when we get together in smaller groups (ranging from 5-15) to really get to know each other; have deeper conversations around what it means to follow Jesus; and basically encourage and support one another in our lives. Table Groups is where “church” really becomes a “family of faith”. Typically they meet for about an hour.
