Mark Unland

Mark Unland currently serves as the trustee advisor and is very involved in the Boy Scouts program. He has been a member of CUMC for 24 years.

Mark lives in Indianapolis with his wife Kathy. They have a son, Andrew, and a daughter, Wendy. Both Kathy and Wendy graduated from college in May 2022. Mark is retired and spends his time as a lifeguard, lifeguard instructor, and swim coach. He enjoys fixing things, water activities, travel, backpacking, reading, and watching movies.

At the church, Mark enjoys fixing things with other people, particularly when doing so removes roadblocks or enables people to be more effective in their ministry. As the trustee advisor, he helps improve our facility to support our ministries.

His hope is that more people become actively involved as CUMC impacts their lives.
