Souper Bowl of Caring

This Sunday, we’ll tackle hunger with our third annual Souper Bowl of Caring, hosted by our children and youth. Please make plans to join us for lunch in Fellowship Hall following the second worship service. All money donated will be given to our local food pantries.
This fundraiser helps our young people be involved in raising money so that everyone in our community has enough food. Last year, we raised around $2000 for our local food banks. Partnering with youth across the country, this event raised over $21 million to attack food insecurity in local communities!

Ash Wednesday

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, the 40 days leading to Easter. Two worship services will be offered: 12:00 PM in the Narthex and 6:00 PM in the Sanctuary. Imposition of ashes and Holy Communion will be offered at both services.
15th Anniversary of Still Waters Adult Day Center
Sunday, February 15 | 9:00-11:00 AM | Narthex
On February 15, we will celebrate 15 years of the ministry of Still Water and the incredible journey of serving older adults, families, and our community. We will recognize the successes and impact of Still Waters during the 9:00 AM worship service. Following the service, we will continue to celebrate with fellowship and treats in the narthex from 10:00-11:00 AM.
Celebrating a Life of Faith & Service with UWIF
Saturday, February 8 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Fellowship Hall
Join the United Women in Faith to honor the legacy of our senior members (80+) and to celebrate together as a church family. There will be breakfast, live music, a photo booth, fellowship, and a stroll down memory lane with the opportunity to share stories and celebrate cherished history that has shaped our church community. GriefShare
New Session Begins Monday, February 9 | 1:00-3:00 PM
Grief turns one’s world upside down, making it difficult to know which way is forward and where to turn for help. A GriefShare Grief and Loss Support Group will help you to understand the common emotions people often feel in grief and share practical tips you can use to begin to find peace as you cherish your loved one’s memory. Attend GriefShare, beginning Monday, February 9 – April 20. We meet for 2 hours weekly. Learn more about the program at griefshare.org.
